CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT:

RESERVATION PROCEDURES:
Individuals attending the C Co 23rd Medical Battalion Reunion are to call the Reservations Office at (888) 786-7389, and identify themselves as attendees of the C Co 23rd Medical Battalion Reunion. In order to receive the group room rate a credit card or a deposit in the amount of one (1) night’s room and tax charge is to be received no later than fourteen (14) days from the date the room reservation was made. If the room guarantee of one (1) night’s room and tax charge is not received within the fourteen (14) day grace period, the reservation will be cancelled. Sunset Station Hotel & Casino will take reservations for the C Co 23rd Medical Battalion Reunion group until August 20, 2008, after this date the hotel will take reservations on a space available basis and at prevailing hotel rate.
